The central building of Orchard Crest is home for 131 apartments featuring a variety floor plans ranging between 406 - 1583 square feet. These apartments are offered on a monthly rental basis with no lease required. One meal per day is included with additional meals optional. Monthly rent also includes weekly housekeeping, utilities, and activities. The apartments feature full kitchens, personal washers and dryers, and patios or balconies. Additionally, individual central gas heat and air conditioning systems and emergency call systems are standard in each apartment. Light Assisted Living services are also available.
